Rite-Hite is setting the standard for cleanroom doors and pharmaceutical doors with a simple, reliable design, few moving parts and TRUE Auto Re-feed features.

What does 'CLEAN' look like for you and your facility? Whether you follow a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) or are trying to conform to your specific cGMPs, cleaning procedures can vary between industries. The contamination that should be removed may be one or more of the following types.

Contamination Hazards

  • Particles and Fibers
  • Chemicals
  • Bacteria
  • Electrostatic Charges

Ideal for clean environments, Rite-Hite clean room doors contain lightweight, non-corrosive Lexan and UHMW side frames that can be easily removed for thorough cleaning and are designed to meet or exceed U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards for washdown and bacteria control. The side frames stand off the wall - minimizing surface-to-surface contact and eliminating hidden pockets where bacteria can grow. Additionally, the polypropylene door fabric is more resistant to acids and bases and has a lower water absorption rate than vinyls or urethanes - making it the best choice for minimizing mold and washing down with even the harshest cleaning chemicals.
