Rite-Hite Acquires Dallas-Based Johnson Equipment Company

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (March 26, 2026) – Milwaukee, Wis.-based Rite-Hite® Holding Corporation has acquired Johnson Equipment Company, an industrial equipment dealer for Rite-Hite headquartered in Dallas, Texas with 300 employees at 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Mexico. This is one of the largest acquisitions to date for the industrial equipment manufacturer.

Founded in 1959 by Marvin L.
