Frommelt Firefighter® head pads, head curtains and optional side pads utilize exclusive, layered-foil heat dissipation technology to eliminate the possibility of fire caused by the heat of trailer marker lights. Click here for more information on the rising problem of dock seal fires.

APPLICATIONS
FROMMELT INSULATOR™ dock seals are most appropriate when:
• Tightest possible seal is required, provided building wall construction is sturdy
• Incoming truck sizes are relatively consistent
• High wear resistance is required
• Heat dissipating head pads and/or side pads are needed due to trailer lights being left on
Insulator dock seals are not the best choice when:
• Incoming trucks include a significant amount of tailgate extensions
• Full accessibility to rear of trailer is a must |
