Case Study: LDF Builds State-of-the-Art Warehouse
The Wichita-based LDF Sales and Distributing, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of Coors, Miller, Red Bull and a full range of other leading beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. Several years ago, LDF decided to more than double the size of its flagship Wichita warehouse, purchasing a newer, 57,000-square foot facility and then expanding that by an additional 85,000 square feet. In keeping with LDF's mission of "providing a professional and safe working environment," LDF's Vice President-Project Development Gary Fleming saw the expansion as an opportunity to upgrade the facility's equipment.
