The training program we have developed includes an initial "Basic  Training" portion, which will give you an understanding of our product  lines, our sales organization and our company. Beyond that, the Continued  Training segment is provided throughout the length of the program. While  the training you receive is very comprehensive, it is just the first step  in the total understanding of the industry needed to be successful as a sales  representative.
