New Equipment Sales Representative This position is responsible for the sale of capital equipment to end users, engineers, contractors, and architects in an exclusive territory. Industrial Sales Representative (Combo Sales Rep) This position is responsible for the sale of capital equipment, parts, and service contracts to current and prospective customers in an exclusive sales territory. This is an outside sales position which requires extensive cold calling on prospects, follow up on leads generated by our corporate sales support staff, and maintaining profitable, long-term relationships with our customers. This position requires a college degree combined with a minimum of 3 years successful industrial sales experience, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and a tenacious work ethic. Install, service, and repair industrial equipment, both ours and competitors. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree preferred, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience working with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems. Welding experience and valid driver's license required. Prefer 2+ years experience, but will train the right candidate. The Industrial Sales Coordinator program is a training program for entry level sales professionals at RITE-HITE. Coordinators receive an intensive nine month training program at RITE-HITE's World Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. During this time, the Coordinator acquires crucial product knowledge, presentation and sales skills, organization skills, and a familiarity with our customers, representatives, markets, and business processes. During and as a part of this training, the Coordinator provides important support services for Sales Representatives in the field across the country and around the world. Also, the Coordinator gains valuable exposure to key members of RITE-HITE's management and executive teams. After completion of the coordinator program, the Coordinator "graduates" to a professional field sales position with Arbon Equipment Corporation (RITE-HITE's sales and service division) or with one of RITE-HITE's independent representatives. Placement depends on the geographical preference of the graduate as well as company needs. RITE-HITE has locations throughout North America and is rapidly expanding throughout South and Central America, Europe, Australia, and the Far East. This position requires strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage one's time and resources is very important. Competitiveness, self-motivation, confidence, tact, and a strong technical aptitude are also necessary. A four (4) year college degree or applicable experience is required. Previous sales and/or customer service experience are preferred.
