MILWAUKEE–Rite-Hite Aftermarket Corporation recently introduced the Trak-Saver™ Sectional Door Bracket. The Trak-Saver Sectional Door Bracket is designed to help minimize maintenance costs associated with sectional door track repairs.
Made from one-quarter inch powder painted steel, the Trak-Saver rebounds repeatedly from fork truck impacts to help minimize door and door track maintenance costs. With its patent pending Omni-Flex™ Impact System, the Trak-Saver allows sectional door tracks to flex and rebound back when impacted by a fork truck.
When a conventional sectional door track bracket is impacted by a fork truck traveling at 3 to 4 mph, the bracket and track are damaged. This situation creates door downtime, while increasing heating and cooling costs and plant inefficiency.
When a fork truck impacts sectional door tracks with the safety yellow powder painted Trak-Saver installed, the Trak-Saver absorbs the impact and flexes to help minimize door repair costs. When the fork truck pulls away, the Trak-Saver returns the sectional door track to its position, helping to decrease door downtime while increasing productivity.
