PANEL ALLOWS AIR FLOW IN DOCK AREA
MILWAUKEE--The Rite-Hite Aftermarket Corporation introduced the Universal™ GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel today. The Ventilation panel allows air to flow into the dock area and plant, while preventing bugs or pests from entering the facility.
“The Ventilation Screen Panel addresses problems many plant managers and dock personnel are experiencing at the loading dock,” Rite-Hite Aftermarket President and CEO Paul Maly said. “This panel lets air circulate into the plant without having two doors and helps keep bugs out.”
The GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel can be easily retrofitted to most existing sectional doors, and can fit doors up to 14-foot 2-inches in width.
The Ventilation panel is made from extruded vinyl slats that surrounds a steel interlocking screen unit. A white powder coated frame gives the Ventilation panel stability and security. | |
The Ventilation screen is made from stainless steel wire and can be ordered with a 083 by .083-inch or .030 by .030-inch screen hole size.
For keeping inclement weather out of the plant, the 12-inch high screen comes with a fully enclosed one-eighth inch thick white ABS cover that has a durable piano-style hinge. An optional translucent cover also is available
When the Ventilation Screen panel is in the open position, a flexible cord helps keep the cover secure and out of harms way. An easy-turn wing-nut latching system makes securing the Universal GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel easy.
The GX-4000 Ventilation panel helps comply with the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) Security Guidelines for Food Processors.
